1. Products and custom orders

Most products are made to order based on your artwork, configuration and approved digital proof. Descriptions and images are illustrative; final goods follow the approved proof and the options you selected.

2. Contract formation

Submitting a checkout or quote request is an offer. A binding contract for a paid custom order is formed when we accept your order and (where applicable) you approve the free digital proof, and payment is authorised or received as required for that order.

3. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in EUR. Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders; optional rush / expedited services are charged separately when selected. Checkout tax lines may show €0.00 depending on current site tax settings. Any applicable import VAT, duties or local taxes for cross-border delivery are described in our Shipping Policy and remain subject to the rules of the destination country.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers) and custom goods

EU consumer law generally provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (which covers most of our custom promotional products once production follows your artwork/proof).

5. Delivery

Lead times are estimates and start after artwork approval and payment clearance as stated on the product or proof process. See our Shipping Policy for free shipping, rush upgrades, cross-border delivery and possible import charges.

6. Defects and satisfaction commitment

If goods are faulty or not as approved on the proof due to our production error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace, remake or refund as appropriate under applicable law and our Returns Policy.

Our satisfaction commitment applies to our production errors, not to change-of-mind on correctly produced custom work.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

8. Governing law

Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence in the EU/EEA continue to apply. Subject to those protections, these terms are otherwise governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Courts of your residence may have jurisdiction for consumer disputes where mandatory law so provides.
