1. Custom / personalised products (most orders)

Because we manufacture to your artwork, configuration and approved proof, custom and clearly personalised goods are generally excluded from the EU 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) right. We do not accept returns of correctly made custom items for change of mind, incorrect size/colour selection by the customer, or dislike of the approved design.

2. When withdrawal may apply

If you ordered a non-personalised standard item (rare on this site) and EU consumer withdrawal rules apply, you may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm eligibility and return instructions.

3. Defects, damage or our production error

If items arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof due to our mistake:

• Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos (and a short description of the issue)
• We will arrange replacement, remake or refund as appropriate

This is the scope of our satisfaction commitment: it covers our production errors, not change-of-mind on correctly produced custom work.

4. How we handle approved claims

After we confirm the issue, we will tell you whether we will remake, replace or refund the affected items (in whole or in part). Remakes follow the same proof/production process where needed.
